Drawing on on-campus public relations case studies and multi-campus experience from QSI, this interactive workshop reimagines alumni and community engagement as a strategic driver of school growth—going far beyond traditional reunion events.
Participants will explore practical, China-specific strategies for strengthening relationships with parents, alumni, and the wider school community. Through facilitated discussions, case analysis, and collaborative activities, attendees will identify challenges within their own schools, exchange best practices, and develop actionable plans tailored to their unique contexts.
The session provides practical, budget-conscious, and immediately implementable strategies that help schools leverage parent and alumni networks to enhance brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support sustainable enrollment growth and student retention.
About Victoria Chen
Victoria Chen serves as the Admissions, Development, and Alumni Manager for QSI Regional China & Southeast Asia. She brings over 18 years of comprehensive experience in international education, with expertise spanning school operations, communications, admissions, alumni engagement, branding, and public relations.
Victoria holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.), has received College Guidance Counselor training, and earned a Leadership Certification from Tsinghua University. She is passionate about fostering cross-campus collaboration, developing market-driven enrollment strategies, and building sustainable brand growth for international schools across the Asia-Pacific region.
